As a user of this website for the main purpose of gaining or providing Equipment Financing, you understand that the information provided to this website is used to create a profile of your business operation for the purpose of matching you with our potential partners, affiliates, agents, lenders, funders, and finance companies. The information you provide may be shared with some or all of these partners, affiliates, agents, lenders, funders, and finance companies in order to fulfill requests initiated by you. EquipmentWallet cannot guarantee responses for financing proposal requests from any parties your information is provided. EquipmentWallet reserves the right to only provides to you the top financing proposals which may be some, all, or none of the financing proposals received. It will be the discretion and responsibility of the user to review any received financing proposals received and conduct their own due diligence before entering into any agreements or providing any further details to any of the partners, affiliates, agents, lenders, funders, and finance companies. Once you as the user have decided to engage a partner, affiliate, agents, lender, funder, or finance company to pursue financing or financing proposals, EquipmentWallet is no longer involved. Your dealings now with any partner, affiliate, agent, lender, funder, or finance company that you have been connected with on or off this website with or without respect to any proposal, financing, or request for additional information has absolutely nothing to do with EquipmentWallet and furthermore, EquipmentWallet provides no warranties, guarantees or otherwise any expectations to the dealings between you as the user and said parties in your pursuit to secure financing. You as a user seeking financing will also be subject to final credit review and approval by any partner, affiliate, agent, lender, funder, etc.

Lending Partner Marketing and Origination Fees

For all completed transactions and deals, the lending and/or finance partner who completed the transaction will be responsible to notify EquipmentWallet and will be subject to a marketing and service fee from EquipmentWallet for its services at a rate of 1.99% invoiced to you. The rate is 1.99% of the pre-tax equipment cost.

Partners, Affiliates, Agents, Lenders, Funders, and Finance Companies

As a Partner, Affiliate, Agent, Lender, Funder, and Finance Company related to EquipmentWallet and its services, you may from time to time receive requests for financing proposals from website users that match your credit appetite. You are requested to respond to these financing proposals requests in a timely fashion with the information requested and with template provided in your account. You will also be responsible for treating any information received as confidential and only for the purpose of generating a potential financing proposal for consideration. You understand that EquipmentWallet reserves the right to only provide the top financing proposals to the user for review. If the user selects your proposal, you will then be connected with the information required to contact the user directly and complete any due diligence, application process, etc.; dealings from this point forward will be solely between you and the user. You are encouraged to stick to your original proposal as presented were the credit review process allows and to treat each EquipmentWallet referral with exceptional customer service. Upon completed financing transactions, you are always responsible to pay EquipmentWallet a marketing and service fee of the gross pre-tax equipment cost of 2.25%. When setting up your profile with EquipmentWallet, you are to provide an accurate representation of your firm, its capabilities, and specialties. Any misrepresentation or failure to provide payment of the marketing fee on completed transactions may result in removal from EquipmentWallet and possible further actions.

Account and Registration Accuracy

EquipmentWallet reserves the right to remove, suspend, and authenticate any account details of finance partners or applicants at any time at our sole discretion for any reason.

Choice Of Law

The Terms of Use, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy are to be governed and interpreted by The laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
